Some issues/reasons/questions:

  • the references I used are the official website and the official award rules.
    • both are listed in "external links". Add them as references, too? Would be more or less "one sentence = one [a](, [b], [c], ...)" throughout the article, if done consistently.
    • both are in German language. Any problems with that?
  • I'm not a native speaker; there might be some glitches in spelling, grammar, and/or style.
  • I'm not really content with the structuring I did, but can't find a better way right now.
  • I stopped adding wikilinks when I got to "interpretation". I didn't find any Wikipedia article covering interpretaion as used in music context ("Semantics" would be kind of OK, but no one would understand why he/she landed there after clicking on "interpretation" in music context). Is there any article I didn't think of? If no, I'll link to the not yet existing article "interpretation (music)".
  • main reasons for rewriting:
    • it's really and officially one award in two levels, not an annual award with "also" a quarterly list
    • quite some wordings that are mistakable (at least)
    • roughly 25% of the article were sentences referring to artists (for un-orphaning other articles, as examples, and/or -possibly- for sheer PR). I put them out, because naming six award recipients out of 2000+ gives an disproportional importance to those six. There are more than 60 artists and producers who got a lifetime award, there are more than 140 jury members - I can't see any way to name examples in a representative manner.

I'll give the article the once-over soon, but would appreciate any feedback and/or help and/or editing.
