Proposal to merge with Preparedness controversy[edit]

This article and Preparedness controversy are essentially the same topic. Both are stubs, and would do well to merge. The only question might be this: which article to merge with which - what should the title be? Bsimmons666 (talk) Friend? 20:27, 28 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"Portions of this article were ported from Citizendium"[edit]

The citation:

  • Portions of this article were ported from Citizendium
reference:
World War I, American entry - encyclopedia article - Citizendium

seems to be an unreliable source, and the wiki code was suspicious, thus removed

Citizendium was pretty good source (it's now largely inactive) and I was one of the authors. see Citizendium and Wikipedia:We aren't Citizendium. The porting here of text was part of a long-term Wikipedia project. see Wikipedia:WikiProject Citizendium Porting Wiki's Copyright rules require the notice that portions were copied.
