Saleh is President according to incumbant Yemeni authorities.[edit]
It is a bad thing that on other pages Wikipedia underrepresents the official view of incumbant Yemeni authorities that Saleh is still President. СЛУЖБА (talk) 23:32, 19 January 2012 (UTC)
Presidential residence[edit]
Unfortunately, there needs to be an exact location of the official residence of the President of Yemen. A Wikipedia article on the official residence of the President of Yemen would be necessary. Someone put "Al-Faw Palace" in the case that "Al-Faw Palace" takes you to the former Saddam palace in Baghdad, Iraq.

Confirming, I am in contact with a local from Yemen (surrounded by war for 3 years now, and local "Huthis" Rebels fight together with the general people congress (civilian) against the Saudi incursion) President Hadi has been impeached (2016), then Hadi went to Saudi for their help to take back the country... the fighting is causing one of the worst sieges in history, with hundreds of thousands dead and the rest facing genocide - apparently backed by USA and UK. Ali Abdullah Saleh, who preceded and was chosen by parliament to replace Hadi and who allied with the Huthis, has been killed this morning - according to my source, by Huthis who believed him a Saudi spy. Now the Huthis are officially in charge, led by Abdulmalik Alhuthi -- 12:37 4 December 2017 (EST) "Who killed today was a president for more than 33 years and he left the presidency in 2012 .
