Presidential Commission or Military Commission?[edit]

Tindingarukayo (1988) doesn't mention a Presidential, but a Military Commission governing Uganda after Obote was dismissed. The Members of this Commission were Muwanga, Museveni, Oyite-Ojok, Koello, Maruru and Omaria. What's right?
