'a pretty' and 'pretties' at auto shows in Thailand[edit]

English-language newspapers in Thailand use the slang terms "a pretty" and "pretties" about [photo] models at motor shows. A minority of them MC while they are modeling at auto shows. These terms have been used in newspaper articles for around the last five years, possibly longer.
