...please note that the office was preserved after 2003. It was not abolished, but the country's constitutional reforms merely allowed the office to be held by the same person as the holder of the office of the President. The full official title of Svetozar Marović was "President of Serbia and Montenegro and Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro". --DIREKTOR (TALK) 11:35, 26 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
