"Princess" a proper noun

Since it denotes a status label based on occupation, much like sports players calling their coach "Coach" or doctors being referred to as "Doctor Thomas," I suggest the term "Princess," when talking about the Princesses' occupation of actually being one of the Princesses, should be capitalized to denote that's their occupation. It has been mentioned several times in the anime already that this is considered a job.--Juhachi 10:41, 30 April 2006 (UTC)

Princess Princess (anime) → Princess Princess (manga) — Rationale: First, there is a page entitled Princess Princess (band) so this page for the manga series does need a seperate designation to denote the difference. However, the anime of the series came after the manga, so I believe it should be changed to reflect this. — Talk:Princess Princess (anime) — 十八 18:55, 9 July 2006 (UTC)

Review

Here's my review. It mainly lists general suggestions, since there is a lot that can be improved.

• This article needs references in all sections except for the Reception section. See WP:CITE and WP:CHALLENGE for help.
• Fix the disambig links.
• Lead: The lead can be expanded to include the publisher of the manga, its reception and more on its background, for example, information on the number of volumes could be added.
• Plot: Try to use present tense in the plot section in order to better differentiate between real events and fiction.
• The quality of writing can be improved. For example, "Revolving" may not be the most appropriate word to use. Instead of "He is one such boy chosen to be", you could say, "He is chosen to be".
• Go into greater depth into what a princess is in this section.
• This section can also be more specific. Instead of just stating based on certain qualifications, some of these can be listed here. This goes for other parts of the article as well.
• "he found it to be much more enjoyable than he thought" He though it would be, maybe?
• Characters: Parts of this section seems pretty to be excessively detailed, I'd consider shortening it. For example, "He reveals to Yuujiro on a day off of school that his ideal girl is the comforting type, which leads to the latter comically asking if Akira fit that type. When Toru answers yes, he seems get flustered when he realizes the actual question." should be shortened.
• This section doesn't seem neutral. Under the subsection Shuya Arisada, it says he is a very good leader. There are similar examples throughout the section.
• Toru Kouno: "Princess as a distraction from the problems he has with his family and in effect usually gets very into acting like a Princess". Explain what very into means.
• Yuujiro Shihoudani: "He and Toru often team up against Mikoto when Mikoto is at odds with them concerning Princess duties". An example would help. The same can be said for other parts of the section.
• There are several one sentence paragraphs. Consider merging them into a section.
• Princess system: I'd consider merging this into the Plot section.
• Episodes: Listing all the episodes seems unnecessary. I think a summary of all them might suffice.
• Reception section could definitely use some expansion. There are some reviews listed in the further reading section that can be used.
• Further reading: Including the links to four separate archives seems unnecessary. One is good enough.
