I put on the excessive quotations tag because there are three significant block quotes in the article. The quotes by William L. Marbury Jr. should be rewritten in original wording, as they are a copyright infringement, use is not fair in this case, as the meaning is what is important, and that can be re-expressed in someone else's words that is free to use.
