Removed sentence in LEAD[edit]

"Stochastic vectors are commonly used to represent discrete probability distributions." This out of the topic in article, correct? --Obsolete.fax (talk) 11:57, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Properties of Probability Vectors[edit]

As i come across properties of probability vectors in my work i will add them here in no particular order. The idea is that someone else will have a nice list to use that is easily accessible.
