I don't have a recent, authoritative publication for the taxonomy of this family, but this source lists a very different taxonomy than what is shown on the page. – VisionHolder « talk » 14:17, 15 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Hmm, the question becomes where is Taxonomicon getting its data? I see a reference to McKenna & Bell 1997 in the nomenclature section but there is no indication that this is the source for the tree. Is Taxonomicon considered a RS? --Kevmin§ 18:14, 15 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
True. I just wish someone would publish a new taxonomic guide like Walter Carl Hartwig's 2002 book The Fossil Primate Record. It's time for an update, given all the recent discoveries. – VisionHolder « talk » 18:44, 15 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
