During Kendo Nagasaki's December 1976 TV match from Solihull Vs Colin Joynson, commentator Kent Walton reports that Joynson would be leaving the next day on a tour of Israel. Joynson has recently been contacted about this and reports the tour was booked by Shoburgh who approached him about it during that year's Hamburg tournament.
