Hydrocarbon biodegradation

[edit]

I am at present carrying out research in to the affect of Pseudomonas putida on the degradation of fire debris samples containing hydrocarbon fuel as an accelerant for my MSc theses. There appears to be little written on this topic although much is written on the bio degradation of oil in the natural environment particular the oceans.

If anyone is aware of any papers on this topic I would be grateful if you could point me in the right direction.

Thanks very much — Preceding unsigned comment added by Davemyers (talkcontribs) 13:37, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

oppurtunistic pathogen

[edit]

I found some sources stating Pseudomonas putida is an oppurtunistic pathogen. Does anyone now more about this? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.125.69.208 (talk) 11:50, 14 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Human Contamination?

[edit]

If a person is contaminated with this bacteria, what would be the symptoms? Do you know of any who have been? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.212.44.147 (talk) 18:58, 25 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
