Race demographics update

[edit]

The race demographics should get updated because the 2020 census is WAY more accurate it said that 17.1% of Puerto Ricans are White and 17.5% of Puerto Ricans identified as black, and the rest identified as some other race. Salina828 (talk) 21:46, 26 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, this needs to be done. The data from the 2020 census needs to be added. 2600:6C50:437F:C1E1:388B:F00D:C844:86DC (talk) 21:52, 29 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

"Borinqueños, Borincanos, or Puertorros"

[edit]

Hi. I think maybe the part about "sometimes also known as Borinqueños, Borincanos, or Puertorros" should he moved to different section, maybe about their names or etymology. I belive it is not important enough to be in an opening lead, and the names also seem to be informal. For comparison, not that for example in the artile about Americans, there is no line saying "also known as United Stattians, and Yankees" for example, since those are neighther formal names nor that important of an information.
