Filing lawsuit in Uruguay[edit]
Hello, I am in the process of trying to file a lawsuit in small claims court in the US to someone in Punta de Diablo, Uruguay.
This will be done through the Secretary of State's office. I am to provide the address with which to have this individual served.
Would like a little advice on this if anyone has it. Thanks
