company closing

According to this article from the New York Times dated September 1, 2021 the company has been officially dissolved as of that date, so should the Purdue Pharma article be edited to reflect that the company is defunct and its assets moved to a new public benefit corporation? I don't want to make any changes until I hear a concensus. YborCityJohn (talk) 02:41, 16 September 2021 (UTC)
