You are right, they normally do not belong on this page but the user in question talk page. Iwanafish has had some problems, but he has failed to respond and continued his disruptive behavior. I removed the header portions above so these issues can be addressed, but not registered for this page. Enfermero (talk) 16:01, 29 May 2009 (UTC)

ENFERMERO HARASSMENT

Iwanafish - as cited above, "These templates should only be removed after discusion and resolution on the article's discussion or talk page." When you remove them without reading them or resolving the issues involved, then claim it is "unkown to me" why they are there raises concerns.
