Quadrennial?[edit]

So, yeah, it does mean every four years, which means the article should be clearer about why there were QDRs in 1996, 2000, 2001, 2006, 2010. That looks like intervals of +4, +1, +5, and +4 years to me. 70.250.190.30 (talk) 19:03, 18 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
