Quickstep (music) may be missing?

I came to this page searching for "quickstep", because it is mentioned in a quote from a soldier's letter, presumably from 1863, describing the music their band played, which is read in episode 4, chapter 4 of Ken Burns' "Civil War" documentary, around 00:39:00 on my DVD edition.
