New pages[edit]

I've broken the two PlayMania block shows off (rather well I think) into two separate pages. I hope everyone likes them, and if you think there is a problem, please mention it on the talk page rather than deleting and reverting everything. — Chad "1m" Mosher Email Talk Cont. 07:03, 19 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

REPLY: Good idea, doesn't really make the full article in a show article. --Dudejerome 05:14, 21 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Episode Counts[edit]

Episode counts for quiznation are added at the beginning of each week. The total set of episodes for the week are added at the beginning so that subsequent edits to the article are not needed each day. They are adjusted when needed, if say an episode goes dark for the night.  — JT (TRAiNER4)  [T·C·E] 22:34, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Extra details[edit]

I see that some good faith users are trying to add information to the page. It is very much appreciated, however, some of it is not needed. Such examples are:

  • ??? (representing new host coming soon) - That's a bit tacky for an encyclopedia. She will be revealed soon and will be added.
  • E-Mail themes - Don't add any past or present themes. They were part of the old PlayMania article, and got to be too long. We don't want too much detail there.
  • Old games/separation of games - Same as e-mail themes. The list will grow to be too unnecessary and cluttered. There are too many new games in rotation as it is for us to worry about adding old ones. Keep all current games in one section.

Again, I thank anyone who is trying to add for their enthusiasm, but don't worry about being too detailed. Sometimes it can get in the way of a wonderful article. — Chad "1m" Mosher Email Talk Cont. 18:16, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Big ol' changes![edit]

With the impending change of quiznation back to PlayMania, I am planning to add all of the quiznation history into the PlayMania page and simply redirect quiznation (US game show) to PlayMania. I already have a draft article for the PlayMania page written for this change and if no one objects (and quiznation actually changes into PlayMania), I plan on evoking these changes at the beginning of the September 1 episode. What do you all think? — Chad "1m" Mosher Email Talk Cont. 21:14, 19 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Strong Agree: go for it —TRAiNER4 (talkcontrib) 01:08, 20 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Instead of just redirecting, I've written a not-so-detailed four paragraph quiznation page that invites readers to visit the PlayMania page that will replace it instead. — Chad "1m" Mosher Email Talk Cont. 01:48, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Quiznation-PlayMania-block.jpg[edit]

Image:Quiznation-PlayMania-block.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
