Year he had his house built (subsection Residence in East Devon)[edit]

I query the statement that he had the house in Sidmouth where he ultimately died built in 1926. That year he would only be 14 years old. Might 1936 (when he was 24 and earning an adult living) be correct? (I notice no citation given at end of the sentence.)
