Sackville transmitter building

The caption under the picture of the Sackville transmitter building indicates that it's to be abandoned in 2012. Is this known to be true or is it an assumption based on the planned elimination of shortwave broadcasting by RCI? Some other radio services use the transmitters as well, so it may be worth finding out if the site will be kept operational for their use. Z57N (talk) 02:10, 15 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
