I added a more detailed and hopefully clearer discussion of the basic location methods (TOA/DTOA, AOA, RSSI) and their limitations. I threw in a few references I had at hand, but more citations to the (vast) literature on this subject would be helpful; I will add them if I find a moment. I have some figures that would be helpful if I get time to put them in. The article would also benefit from additional specific examples: RTLS systems, radar location, and a brief discussion of GPS would be nice.
