5 top ten

[edit]

Hmmm....Madonna had 5 top ten UK singles rorm this album, yes, but she acheived the feat with 1986s 'True Blue' and more importantly, she did it again 5 years later in 1998 with 'Ray Of Light', so that kind of makes the information about her never doing it again a touch inaccurate. Discogs

[edit]

How come this article uses Discogs as a reference in the composition section when everytime I add a single by any artist and cite Discogs as the reference I get the note that Discogs is not a reliable source?Johnnyboytoy (talk) 01:23, 11 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Release date

[edit]

Hello. I think there's a mistake when the article says that "Rain" was released on July 6, 1993. The reference used in the section says it was released on August 5, 1993. Is it a mistake on Madonna's page or was there a confusion in the article? Thank you and forgive my bad English. MadonnaFan (talk) 19:32, 5 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for pointing this out. You are correct that it was commercially released on August 5, 1993. —IB [ Poke ] 05:41, 6 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The Washington Post

[edit]

Hello again. I found the Washington Post reference that talks about the lyrics of "Rain": here. In the article it is linked to the Metz and Benson reference. Again, excuse my English. Thank you =). MadonnaFan (talk) 23:03, 13 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi MadonnaFan, the content is already present in the article, directly sourced to the book from where it was included. —IB [ Poke ] 04:39, 14 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your answer =). MadonnaFan (talk) 21:11, 15 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
