Confusing paragraphs in the "Description" section.

[edit]

I'm rather new to Wikipedia editing and not a native English speaker, so sorry if I make any mistakes in this discussion!

In the "Description" section, I think the wording is pretty confusing. It said that the dessert "must be eaten immediately, or it will melt and begin to evaporate after twenty to thirty minutes", yet in the following sentence, it is said that "in real life Agar does not melt at room temperature" and "takes lots of time to see the effect on the size/shape of the cake". Unfortunately, there's no citation on the latter sentence, and it makes me as a reader wonder if the previous sentence is just pure fiction (not "in real life").

Should I add "[citation needed]" to the last sentence, and update the overall description (not sure how)? Or should I simply remove the uncited sentence? Wawawari (talk) 10:42, 3 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
