City, not town, apparently
[edit]In my efforts to expand the article on Rainier, Washington, I have discovered that, contrary to what I had always believed to be true, Rainier is a city, not a town. Or at least it is according to its website, state listings, and the recent legal documents I've found. I always thought of it as being too small to be a city, but then again, its neighbor Tenino, Washington is the same size and has been listed on Wikipedia as a city for some time. At any rate, much to my surprise, Rainier is a city, so I am updating the page to reflect that, and just wanted to justify that action here, in case anyone else was surprised as I was by its status change.
