Conduct offline exam in August and September

[edit]

Students from outer state have more risk of infection bcz of travel students life is more important than exam for rgughs university. What if student get infected rgughs take responsibility of this .there are many students who come from Maharashtra and gujrat if one of them came from redzone area what kind of precaution you take for others. Why don't you just take exam online or not just give students marks according to previous exam result. How 1st yr student give anatomy exams without dissection. Or there are many students who can't attain proper online classes because of poor network system in villages what about them. It's not about just exam or covid infection this issue cause mental stress for students. In this whole situation one who suffer is only students. it's a kindly request to university please think about students health and safety. Gajara patel (talk) 03:33, 28 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Conduct Medical exams in sept and August

[edit]

Do you really think That taking exams at this hour of time is more important Than the safety of our lives?.what if we get infected? But university is more concerned about writing exams than Gaining knowledge But what is the point of such degree. It is stressful for students who are in remote area of the country especially northeast states there are a lot of students from asam bihar which are also suffering from flood at same time .things on ground Are not as simple as it seems . All the other courses have been cancelled why this punishment only for medical students ? Aren't we also human? Now in case if any student writes one exam and get infected then what about other two ? And how do we travel at this particular Point there are no trains Or anything running so obviously our parents have come to college To drop us and then go back .at the point What if our parents get infected ? What will be our mental state?should we study for exams or think about our parents ? What should we do? Even if we get overselves the PPE kit or Mask sanitizer and hand gloves ,how to reach our colleges which are thousands of kilometers Away from our hometowns ?the flight fares Have been hiked so much that the middle class family is forced to think twice before booking their tickets. And for a course like MBBS BAMS Most of the learning is done through practical means like dissection and Performing experiments Its especially Hard to Grasp concepts from lessons done through Online classes due to this practical exam will be extremely difficult for subjects like anatomy Where we have not dissected since past 5 months now our books are not with us it's not even possible to go back to college and get the books Our hostels are used to quarantine people's. 50%of OPDs in the medical colleges have been allotted for COVID 19 patient and some examination centers are in the same campus itself. How far is this safe for us? When we approached the Minister of medical education regarding our issue He replied to us Saying that when 10lacks SSLC students give the exams you guys Can also go for it the issue here is that most of SSLC students are from their own districts they don't have to travel back to other districts .and university don't reply to our mail . According to DCA guidelines the exam should be conducted as and when normalcy in state and district is restored . Why are They not considering it ? Is the situation under control ? If they want to evaluate students they have our marks till 3rd year they can evaluate us on the Basis of our previous performances we never said just promote us without Anything They can conduct online exams many ways are There we are mentally stressed please try to understand students side also Gajara patel (talk) 04:23, 28 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
