Article needs to be updated
[edit]This article is out of date in at least two respects.
The first sentence of this article states, "Randall T. Eng (born December 16, 1947) is an American judge who is the presiding justice of the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department." According to the Appellate Division's website, he retired from the bench on December 31, 2017. See Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, Justices of the Court, Hon. Randall T. Eng, https://www.nycourts.gov/courts/ad2/justice_eng.shtml.
The article should also be updated to reflect that Justice Eng was succeeded by Alan D. Scheinkman as presiding justice on January 1, 2018. See Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, Justices of the Court, Hon. Alan D. Scheinkman, https://nycourts.gov/courts/ad2/justice_scheinkman.shtml 65.242.57.18 (talk) 17:17, 7 June 2023 (UTC)
