Captured by rebels on March 4th

[edit]

I have a question regarding how this was written in the voice. "At 10Z Al Jazeera reported ......" This sounds more like breaking news than enciclopedic, i think we should find a better way to rewrite this sentence. It might work for these days but what about in 1 month or in 1 year reading "at ...time of day 4th, Al Jazeera reported...." It will not sound very historic. There is no need to mention Al jazeera in the article, only in the footnotes. The hour of reporting is a enciclopedic context is irrilevant. I think "On 4 March 2011 the town fell under the control of rebel forces" is better MaXiMiLiAnO 09:25, 5 March 2011 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Maxcrc (talkcontribs)

But what does it actually mean?
