- ... that Rashida Beal enjoyed her college team's champion title of the Big Ten Women's Soccer Tournament, and was named the 2016 Big Ten Defender of the Year? Source: "Winning the Big Ten tournament" [1], "Beal was named the 2016 Big Ten Defender of the Year" [2]

- New enough and long enough. QPQ present. But that hook isn't the greatest. It's been a long time since I read an article that just did not have many interesting hook facts, but this is one of them. The "enjoyed" phrasing doesn't strike me as very idiomatic, either. Might I suggest an ALT1, CeeGee? Sammi Brie (she/her • t • c) 16:07, 16 March 2022 (UTC)
- ALT1: ... that Rashida Beal was named 2016 Big Ten Defender of the Year after the Minnesota Golden Gophers won that year's conference tournament?
- @Sammi Brie: I understand that the only issue is the formulation of the original hook. OK, your propal (ALT 1) is accepted. Thank you for your review and the alt hook. CeeGee 09:59, 17 March 2022 (UTC)
- Yes CeeGee, that's a lot better. Approving as actual hook fact is the same, just reworded. Sammi Brie (she/her • t • c) 17:36, 22 March 2022 (UTC)
