TAG for the living person[edit]

The tag which added on the article says "This biography of a living person does not cite any references or sources". Unfortunately, this person died on 31 December, 2009. Hence, the tag are no longer needed to mention as the living person. I wish I would remove the tag, but since I don't know the rules, I would rather leave it as it is!
