Needs a full history

That was posted in June 2005. Since then the article must have expanded, because it's very good, with lots of references and boxes etc, but sadly no photo of the man himself. I assume that he left school and went straight into footballmanship, because there's nothing about his pre-footballing life. Length of time with Arsenal
