Supreme Court Committee on Practice and Procedure ("Evershed Committee")

[edit]

From sources off Wikipedia I've found that Lord Evershed was the chair (I presume) of the Supreme Court Committee on Practice and Procedure around 1958. Kenneth Younger was another member. Unfortunately I haven't found out anything about its origin or purpose. It seems to have had the aim of investigating on possible reform of procedures in the higher courts.
