Assessment

I don't know why the article was re-assessed previously as C-class. There are no obvious omissions nor are there serious referencing issues. I don't see anything that would impede B-class: it's even been peer reviewed. Maxim_(talk) 23:39, 12 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
