US-centric

This article concentrates on US real estate and especially its history to the neglect of other jurisdictions and is not helpful to people of other nationalities. Even for that country it does not provide information on the way real estate was created out of dispossession of indigenous peoples. I hope an editor with the appropriate knowledge of the subject might address these omissions and bias. Jamesmcardle(talk) 21:19, 10 March 2023 (UTC)

In real estate the difference between tangible property and say, a house, is that personal, tangible property one can exist within a structure affixed to the ground defined as real property[1]. SavageCerebral (talk) 23:24, 31 December 2022 (UTC)
