Current title

@KDS4444: The book calls this work "Red Cross Egg with Portraits" I'll find more sources describing that work with "Portraits" and/or re-evaluate the sources also describing the work. Alternative may be merger proposal, even when both may be independently notable. --George Ho (talk) 10:18, 11 February 2017 (UTC); edited. 10:28, 11 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • A merger proposal? Do you think? They really are separate eggs with separate histories, as much as any two Faberge eggs are or can be said to be... Though they were given in the same year (1915) and certainly look alike. KDS4444 (talk) 10:21, 11 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Oh... retracting the idea for now. Anyway, I'm re-evaluating the sources:

"Red Cross Portraits Egg": Faberge's Eggs, encyclopedia, Dutch book

This source uses the current title and "Red Cross portraits egg". More coming soon. George Ho (talk) 10:28, 11 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This source uses "Red Cross Egg with Portraits"; so do two other sources. George Ho (talk) 10:35, 11 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

We are also going to need a hatnote on the top of both of the red cross egg articles to distinguish them from each other, once we figure out how all of the egg articles will be titled. KDS4444 (talk) 10:56, 14 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
