  • expansion checks out, QPQ checks out, I like the first hook, but I wonder if we could be more precise, both in the hook and the article? It strike me that the field was destroyed by vandals, not simply "burned", so if we can find a way of perhaps combining what's already there with the totality of it being destroyed, I think we have a winner. It's also probably a good idea to add "all-weather" before soccer field because for most of us, burning a load of grass on a football pitch is inconvenient but it'll just grow back, whereas burning some astroturf is pretty final... @The Rambling Man: Thanks for the review. Yeah, I agree mentioning that it was totaled is better. I've done that. Epicgenius (talk) 17:27, 11 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Just a tiny tweak, the article says it was destroyed "ten days" after the dedication, not "within ten days", so I think we can afford to be precise and reflect the NYT here. Then it's good to go. The Rambling Man (Stay alert! Control the virus! Save lives!!!!) 12:23, 12 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@The Rambling Man: Thanks, I've done that as well. I might've misread the source at the beginning. Epicgenius (talk) 14:42, 12 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
