I propose that Regency Hotel (Denver) be merged into The Regency, Denver. Since both articles refer to the same building, I see no need to have separate articles. The article pertaining to the hotel can be moved into a subtitle "History" on the student housing article. Xnatedawgx (talk) 22:23, 1 June 2011 (UTC)
