So does anyone have any good stories about what has happened to them at Rehmeyer's Hollow? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.117.51.106 (talk) 23:45, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nothing unusual ever happened to me, and I've been in the hollow and in the house many times, in the remains of Nelson's barn and his cold cellar... I think the legends are all hokum. BirchMonroe (talk) 16:12, 16 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I am related to Nelson Rehmeyer himself. These paranormal entities don't just effect the trust passers of the house, but the family as well. I believe because of his death, he is one reason why I experience paranormal things. ~Alecistotsonfire — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alecistotsonfire (talkcontribs) 04:07, 1 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • My brother, his friend Joe, and I went into the Hollow to check things out and to just have fun. While I was driving we noticed a ranger truck coming up to us. But when it got closer it disappeared. So being a little freaked out, we decided to leave. I came upon a stop sign on a little hill. while I was slamming on the gas pedal, we just went backwards. We finally got out, but we still go back! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.207.37.197 (talk) 04:09, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Is the movie "Apprentice to murder" based on this? 62.47.42.183 (talk) 06:10, 18 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanksgiving day

[edit]

Couldn't have beenThanksgiving day on the 29th. Thanksgiving falls on the 4th Thursday of the month, so it can never be later than the 28th. 141.156.233.238 (talk) 02:02, 8 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Up until 1942, Thanksgiving was always celebrated on the LAST Thursday of the month. November of 1928 had five Thursdays. 100.15.130.5 (talk) 02:29, 16 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
