[edit]Their some severe inaccuracies with this entry but the most glaringly heinous is that remedial massage can heal abroken bone that is just simply impossible.
This article stinks of a masseuse biased standpoint.
This is meant to be a reference article not a promotion.
Needs a complete rework. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.96.56.70 (talk) 23:46, 23 October 2014 (UTC)
- While the "broken bone" is poorly worded, with remedial massage, you can encourage shin splints which are cracks in the bone to heal faster. I have been a remedial massage therapist for 4+ years and this is one of the best described articles that has described exactly what I do. It is different. It is painful, and yes it does require an excellent grasp of 3 dimensional anatomy but the premise is very sound. Remedial may be used in a different country or even situation but it is an excellent description in itself. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SoothingPalm (talk • contribs) 03:40, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
