I am quickfailing this article. After leaving comments on the talk page about a month ago, they have not been addressed. Namely: 1. There are unquestionably valid citation needed tags, and tags that should be placed throughout for citations. (Quickfail criterion 3.) 2. The prose is unclear in several places and not of a reasonably encyclopedic tone. (GA criterion 1a; quickfail criterion 1.)

I hope this important article can be repaired and brought to good article standards. It will require some good effort to do so. If that's done, or if you disagree with this review, you can always send it back to the GAN queue for another reviewer. Urve (talk) 12:03, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
