"Stimpy's Pregnant" episode aired in the United States

[edit]

This episode was aired in Michigan during the original run of the series. I have not edited the page because this is s personal experience without a citation. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.142.168.145 (talk) 02:28, 5 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup

[edit]

The supposed ep list sec'n is not an ep list. It includes a 5-item ep list, but that list fails to make clear what it is listing, and it is not the (apparent) first season that was actually broadcast. The two bullet points indented below the last of the five mention additional episodes, but they are prose, not list entries, and are not apparently in any sense subordinate to the list entry they are indented under.

Yesterday was the 10th anniversary of the debut of "Ren and Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon." And "The Ren and Stimpy Show" is almost 22.

Merge

[edit]

This page should be merged into The Ren & Stimpy Show, because it was a revival of the former show, not a spin off. Charles Essie (talk) 20:06, 30 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed.  11Block |talk 12:13, 2 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Comment. "Merging should be avoided if the topics are discrete subjects warranting their own articles, even though they might be short" - Wikipedia: Merging: Reasons for merger. Despite sharing many characteristics, the revival/spinoff is distinct for being adult-oriented and very poorly-received. The APC article contains some original research and editorialized content that will have to be removed upon merger. IsaacAA (talk) 07:42, 10 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
You’re wrong, it’s completely different from the original and real show. The real Ren and Stimpy doesn’t have a reboot. The adult party cartoon it’s just a fake show of Spike TV. 188.172.111.241 (talk) 20:01, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding the edits to the lead

[edit]

I retrimmed the lead to the last stabilized version, but were reverted at least three times by an IP. In an effort to avoid an edit war and not risk violating WP:3RR, I'm taking this discussion here. Also, the rating (TV-MA) is not necessary to be included into the lead. I also think it should be trimmed down to the "the series was developed as an "extreme" revamp" wording as in previous pages.
