  • References say that his British debut was at the Edinburgh Festival. I think that refers to the Edinburgh International Festival, so this is what I wrote.
  • Some sources report that he was born in the city of Granze instead of Este, as I have indicated. I chose the latter because this is what the Grove says but some clarification is needed.
  • Some sources report that he has won the Grammy but a search in the Grammy web site has shown none.

I talked to Bruson's wife, and she confirmed that his husband was born in Granze but was raised in Este. She also said that Bruson won several Grammies. Today, he was also awarded of the honorary citizenship of Fermo --Luca priorelli (talk) 18:16, 15 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Renato Bruson roles[edit]

Renato Bruson took the leading role of the Venetian Doge Francesco Foscari in Verdi's opera I due Foscari. He sang in the 1988 La Scala production directed by Gianandrea Gavazzeni. Please add this information to the list of his roles. Lydia Goldbloom (talk) 17:22, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
