I'll mostly focus on the summary, as I can see the work in progress elements. Overall the structure looks good, and I'm sure the sources and content will be more than promising within the sections.
1) The summary is currently too long. If the book is about 400 pages (and I'm not sure how many words per page that encompasses), there are ways in which to cut down the summaries. For example, there is a lot of detail which could be cut down to more essential elements of the plot such as major events, character actions, contexts, revelations, or anything else that is necessary to just understand the overall, essential story without all the small details. 2) There are a lot of names in the summary. I like the bulleted list, but it is a little disengaging to read so many names without description in the summary itself, and a reader would not want to have to consistently refer to the bullet list to get through the summary. I think descriptions and shortening could help make this clearer. 3) I'm sure the chapter divisions later in the summary are just placeholders, but, just in case, I'd note that those would be out of place in a final version. 4) The lead is informational and concise, but it could maybe benefit from a very brief (no more than one short sentence or extra few words) describing something about the books content other than genre.

Like Placeholder noticed, the summary is too long. There are a lot of random details that could be condensed (currently our group is working on that too). If the character is not important/not a main character, then don’t include them in the summary so that you don’t have to put them in the character section (this should be reserved for main characters). The descriptions of the characters should be in full sentence, but the character list can remain in bullets (I like the bullet format though). The summary’s strength is the general encyclopedic voice, except when there is “we.” That seems more like narration and deviates from the encyclopedic voice.
