The information here is not accurate. Please amend as follow:
The Victory Order is awarded to individuals who made distinguished contribution in the First Indochina War (Vietnam - France, 1946-1954). It was abolished in 2003 and replaced by the Resistance War against France Order. It has nothing to do with the Second Indochina War (1954-1975).
The Victory Order is not 'similar' to Defeat American Badge. The Order is a big award, for contribution in an entire period. The Badge is a 'small' and simple one, in the sense that if you can killed three American soldiers, you will get one whatsoever (relatively easy in war context). The Victory Order is equivalent to the Resistance War against America Order. In order to get Resistance War against America Order of the lowest class, you must participate in war effort for at least 10 years. If you have a taste of only the highest honor, please spend 20 years (with distinguished service). 152.19.129.244 (talk) 21:38, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
