On the Jewish Encyclopedia - terms of use page sect. 3.2 seems to forbid this... not to mention POV aspects. I found nothing citing that it was taken from there or that permission was given. If I am wrong please remove the copyvio and make the source of the material clear. gren グレン 07:55, 30 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The Jewish Encyclopedia front page notes that the Jewish Encyclopedia is in the public domain. I see no reason to delete this article unless it can be demonstrated that it was copied from the online version and not from a print copy of the JE. john k 13:56, 27 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Something is missing here[edit]

This article seems to "start in the middle". The first line of text begins "On the same day as this arrest...", but never gives any context as to what arrest it is talking about. It looks like it was taken from the middle of a longer article. I've read through the Dreyfus affair series listed in the sidebox, and it seems like there is a gap between the Zola trials described in the "public Scnadal" page and the beginning of this page. It's a bit confusing. KeithHearn (talk) 18:27, 25 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Should be deleted[edit]

The content of this article is covered by the Dreyfus affair, no need to have an article that duplicate parts of it. Ulflarsen (talk) 19:34, 14 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
