To change your user name, please visit WP:CHU. As for the other request, there is only Richard Rhodes who is a jounalist, so can you provide information regarding the sculptor, according to WP:MOS which can be verified with reliable sources. A further note is, when you only have two articles with similar names, you typically don't create a disambiguation page for them, but rather redirect the page to the most common usage (or person), with a hatnote directing users to the other page if needed. If the second article, about the sculptor, is about yourself, please do not create it, without having compelted some kind of work, which has received anough media attention to merit an article with reliable sources. Also, as an encyclopedia, Wikipedia only accepts article from a neutral point of view, so writing an article about yourself, would come off as bias.
