Tagging the article 'orphan', as no other articles link to it.

[edit]

Hello @AmitojSingh1, thanks for reviewing the article. However I can't figure out what you meant by 'no other articles link to it'. Do you mean hypertexts to other articles? If yes, there are 10 provided. Also, the heading of this article (Richard Sorin) can be found in the articles: Grip strength, Captains of Crush Grippers and International Sports Hall of Fame. Please advise, and thanks for the support. Nir007H (talk) 10:42, 29 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Nir007H,
I apologize for any confusion earlier. To put it in simpler terms, an orphan article is a Wikipedia article that has no links from other articles on the site. In other words, other articles on Wikipedia do not point or connect to the orphan article (in this case the orphan article is Richard Sorin). Because of this, it can be difficult for readers to find and navigate to the orphan article while browsing related topics.
To fix this issue, you can create links to the "Richard Sorin" article from other related articles on Wikipedia (as you mentioned Grip strength, Captains of Crush Grippers and International Sports Hall of Fame). Adding these links will make it easier for readers to find the article and help integrate it better into the overall Wikipedia content.
I hope this explanation is clearer. If you need any help or have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Best regards. AmitojSingh1 (talk) 10:50, 29 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks @AmitojSingh1 for the clear explanation. I just hypertexted 'Richard Sorin' in the articles Grip strength, Captains of Crush Grippers and International Sports Hall of Fame. Is 3 articles enough to get the orphan status removed? Thanks for the support. Nir007H (talk) 10:55, 29 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Our messages crossed. Thanks a lot! Nir007H (talk) 10:56, 29 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
