Official page as source[edit]

Going through his official site, I found out that it contains a lot of original information that could and should find its way into this article. But before doing so, I was wondering how "objectionable" it was to recopy most of his "about Rick Miller" page here. If nobody says anything, I'll just pump in here whatever I find over there... -- Howdoesitflee (talk) 06:39, 8 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Rick Miller Is Not Creative or Funny[edit]

Even under the most subjective conditions, Rick Miller is not funny or creative. His understanding of the basic functions of language, humour, satire, parody and self respect would be considered insufficient by any reputable critic. These deficiencies have caused Miller to irritate and isolate people for years, and has recently caused a potentially interesting programme, Canadian Made, to lose its audience and wish America had won the War of 1812. His right to use the term, "comedian," in association with his name should therefore be challenged, and his entry herein should instead read, "Rick Miller (challenged comedian)." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.242.108.7 (talk) 07:10, 21 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
