With respect to any reverting restrictions:

Edits made solely to enforce any clearly established consensus are exempt from all edit-warring restrictions. In order to be considered "clearly established" the consensus must be proven by prior talk-page discussion.
Edits made which remove or otherwise change any material placed by clearly established consensus, without first obtaining consensus to do so, may be treated in the same manner as clear vandalism.
Clear vandalism of any origin may be reverted without restriction.
Reverts of edits made by anonymous (IP) editors that are not vandalism are exempt from the 1RR but are subject to the usual rules on edit warring. If you are in doubt, contact an administrator for assistance.

finished...aftermath...what?[edit]

I don't understand why this has been changed from ongoing, to having ended in November....but having an aftermath section for the continuing fighting. I just don't get what's going on in this article, I only assume some kinda POV war, but it's messed up right now. 'ongoing fighting' listed as an 'outcome', and the cut between nov-dec as being 'aftermath' is just weird. As far as anyone outside wikipedia is concerned, this offensive hasn't finished...and certainly didn't end in November. And the army didn't "loose" control of Dukhaniyya...and twitter is not a RS. 92.25.128.99 (talk) 23:41, 16 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Of course its not over, its clear the SAA have no more advances but that does not means the fighting its over. More clashes are taking place in Jobar. Considering it over was a bad edit, also a 7th Rif dimashq Offensive begining in Decembers its no-sense since theres no different background or serious events that deserve calling it a new offensive.
