Wiki Education assignment: Contemporary African Politics[edit]

Country links[edit]

In some country sections there are links from the country's adjective to the relevant country, in others not. Should there be links in every section or none at all?

France, Germany, Switzerland and the United States are mentioned in the lede and have links from both the lede and the section. Ireland is linked from the lede but not the section where there's a link from "elections in the Republic of Ireland" to that article. Do these links need editing? Updates plus expanding the "general part"[edit]

I propose to update the long lead section and split some of the information in this section into additional paragraphs on 1) variation across countries in regard to voter eligibility, voting modalities etc. 2) historical development of nonresident citizen voting 3) causes and consequences 4) normative debates (pros and cons).
